Merged with upstream Luggage 3.4.1. Improvements made across the board, most notably luggage_resources has a nicer display and can be extended.

Release Notes:
- Luggage now requires the transliteration module. Please download it before updating.
- This update includes Drupal 7.50. Please review the release notes. Pay special attention to https://www.drupal.org/node/2487215
- Pubcookie modules will be removed from the system table during the database update. It is safe to run database updates if it's complaining about pubcookie modules.
- To fix a constant override on luggage_announcements:flexslider_optionset, make sure you have the latest ctools and flexslider modules.
