Google Scholar Publications

How to add Google Scholar Publications to the Biblio module

In this tutorial, you will learn how to import your Google Scholar publications to a Luggage website. Please note that this tutorial only applies to older Luggage websites that have the Publications feature enabled. New websites use the Iowa State Digital Repository for publications. 

Step 1: Export your Google Scholar Publications

• Log in to your citations on Google Scholar
• Select publications you wish to export
  • To select them all, click the box in the gray bar
  • Or you may select the box next to each publication you wish to export
• Click the Export button in the gray bar

• Select the EndNote option
• A file will be downloaded by your browser called something like "citations.enw"

Step 2: Import file to using the Luggage Publications feature

• Login to your luggage website
• Go to the Publications tab
• Select Import

• Select Choose file button
• Highlight your file and select Open
• Under File Type select EndNote Tagged in the dropdown selector
• Make sure your netid shows in the Set user ID box
  (this verifies that the publications uploaded will be under your ownership)
• Select Import

Congratulations! Your publications have been automatically imported and styled. You can view them, along with all of the other publications on your website by going to your Publications tab.
